Finally time for me to have the body I've always wanted!

UPDATED FROM MaineGirl207

Surgery booked!

The consultation went well two months ago and I’m scheduled for bright and early on April 24. It’s a long wait but I’m excited! I’ve manage to lose a bit more weight since my consultation and am hoping to continue to do so! I’m now the smallest I’ve ever been in my life and weigh less at 145 lbs than I did in middle school!
I was reading reviews and saw mine so I figured an update was due!

Finally time for me to have the body I've always wanted!

I'm a 42 year old mom of two who is finally able to pursue the body I have always wanted but never had. As a young girl I was morbidly obese with m highest weight being around 280 lbs. Through high school and college I lost over 100 lbs. Since then I have lost another 30 lbs which I have successfully maintained.
I'm currently at my lowest weight however I have significant laxity in my stomach and buttocks. My breasts have little fullness and to be honest they weren't impressive even at my highest weight!
A week from tomorrow I am going in for a consultation with the plastic surgeon who did my arm lift and medial thigh lift. I am looking forward to meeting again to plan phase 2.0 of my body transformation. I am hoping to have a circumferential body lift with abdominal plication. I will be asking about limited liposuction of my flanks. I would also like a breast augmentation to add fullness to my breasts. I'm currently considering smaller but high profile anatomical implants in the dual plane position. All that being said, I will obviously listen to my plastic surgeon and follow their advice and recommendations.
Pics to follow once I can get my husband to help me take them :)
