Best Doctor Ever!!

Dra. Carmina Cardenas is hands down the best plastic surgeon I had the pleasure to meet. I consulted with several doctors in the LA area and in Maryland - none of them made me feel like I was listened to instead they made me feel like the 10 mins spent with them was more than enough and all they wanted was my money. Then I found Dr. Cardenas - what a complete 360 from my other experiences. From the moment of my personalized consultation online to an in-person consultation - I felt like she listened to me and was passionate about giving me what I wanted. She’s very humble, personable and caring.
I had surgery in 1/21 for a her royal body lift and fleur de lis after loosing 140 lbs from gastric bypass in 2015. The hospital stay was great and the recovery house is even better. Jessica, Paty, Cathy, and Brenda are so kind and the chefs make delicious meals.
I had one hiccup where Dr. Cardenas had to personally take me to get X-rays due to abdominal pains and then made the decision to re-admit me to the hospital on the 22nd. This wasn’t due to Dr. Cardenas - just my body not being able to have room to expand from gasses. However I was so grateful that Dr. Cardenas personally took me and reassured me that everything would be okay.
I’m not day 3 post op and feeling better every single day. I highly recommend the lymphatic massages that the recovery house recommends. They are wonderful.
