I highly recommend Dr. Slenkovich. Approximately four months ago, I had a lower body lift,
extensive gynecomastia surgery, a back lift, and an arm lift.

I had consults with five board certified plastic surgeons. I did my homework, and knew that they were all skilled and proficient in body work.

I finally decided on Dr Slenkovich, for two main reasons.

One reason was that he was confident but not cocky. Another physician that I saw, told me “All plastic surgeons hate doing arms and legs” and actively discouraged me from proceeding. Another dismissed my concerns, and over promised in my opinion.

Dr. Slenkovich has a healthy dose of confidence, at the same time he has respect for the risks associated with such extensive surgery. He actually gave it some thought, and weighed the risks and benefits prior to making his recommendations. He was honest, and didn’t over promise. I feel like he would have given a family member the same suggestions.

I found two surgeons which I felt comfortable with. The deciding factor was the office environment. One was a typical Doctors office. It was disorganized, and made me worry what would happen if I had a complication or urgent question. Every time I called, I went to voice mail, and was lucky to even get a call back. In stark contrast, every time I called Dr Slenkovich’s office, I talked with a human and was quickly helped. I never had a hard time getting an appointment, and can’t remember waiting for longer then a few minutes to be seen. Alli, Jessica, Pam, Rebecca, and Sierrah made the difference in my decision, and didn’t disappoint when I needed them during my recovery.

I’m ecstatic about my results and am ready to take on the world. That said, recovery from this wasn’t fun. I had a post op complication, which isn’t unexpected with such extensive surgery. Dr Slenkovich rewarded my faith in him. I had him on the phone within minutes, and the problem was quickly dealt with.

It took a good 3 months before I felt as good as I did prior to the surgery. Pain wasn’t an issue for more then a few days. It was more just difficulty finding a comfortable position, and a lack of energy. I can now say I’m happy I had the surgery. If you asked me at a month post op, I would have equivocated. None of this was a surprise, as Dr Slenkovich and his team, pretty much laid out exactly what to expect prior to the surgery.

Thanks to Dr. Slenkovich and his team. You are all five stars in my book. I can’t say I’m looking forward to finishing off the chest and getting the thighs done. But when I do it will be done by Dr Slenkovich et al.
