Countdown begins~one week from today!

I went to 3 different doctors and when I met Dr. Hubbard, I knew instantly he was the one I wanted to do my lower body lift. I researched here on real self and saw his reviews, but I was amazed at how at ease he and his gaff made me feel at my consult. I have lost close to 100 lbs over a 3 year period on my own with diet and exercise after years of not taking care of myself after 3 kids and raising them as a single parent. They are now grown and this is for me-this is my journey back to discovering who I am! After meeting a man who didn’t like my physical appearance-I had no self worth & low self- esteem- I hit an all time low. I know it’s not about what you look like on the outside, but this will give me confidence again.

Wow!!! Dr. Hubbard works miracles... I’m so grateful to him, Kate, Lisa & the rest of his staff... the surgery went extremely well... so Farr, I’m pleased with my results... still a bit of swelling to be expected....I’m taking it easy, walking as much as I can.., following orders to a tee. My boyfriend has been taking care of me & I couldn’t ask for a more caring, nurturing & patient partner....here are some pics pre- op.. yuck... and a few in my binder...
Pain: yes... more stinging than anything else
Most difficult: getting up
Sitting down: not too bad
Getting back in bed: difficult
Not in a recliner so sometimes pillow placement can be off... wish I could like on my side to relieve pressure that’s when I walk....
Drinking protein shakes, apple sauce, crackers & cheese... so far
No nausea.... feeling fantastic!!!!

I’m feeling stronger each day. I have not been in too much pain today . I’ve been on the very conservative side today with painkillers , but my lower back hurts- maybe cuz the way I’m sitting in the bed... surprisingly, I’m not as sore as I am weak... Dr. Hubbard’s is amazing!! My scar placement is very low.... get the first look at my Betty button today can’t wait... pics to follow:
Arnica pellets & Vitamin C1000mg & NUUN tablets have been my friend.... I’m doing my best to eat. Lots of protein n fruits n veggies...
I’m still pretty swollen but I’ve made it s point to walk at least three times a day up n down the walkway at least 3 times around my apartment when I can.
I LOVE MY BELLY BUTTON!!!!???????????? Dr. Hubbard was right. It looks amazing! I can’t thank him enough for helping me with my journey..... he definitely works miracles I was in pretty bad shape.... but he’s transformed me.... thank you Dr. Hubbard and your staff...
I can’t wait to seee what I look like once tj swelling subsides.
