VERY tender in the stomach and back area.

I had my boo massage my stomach last night-it was VERY painful. but I feel some softness in my stomach-before it was EXTREMELY hard. I have my one week follow up in the morning and I hope to find out if I'm healing correctly. I have NOT had the compression garment on because they one they ordered in 12/19 is STILL not here. I'm a little pissed about that too.

Trust me, it is normal to be that sore. You're lucky to have your boo there to massage you, I've been having to pay to go to spas. I got mine from Dr. Dillon on 12/4/15 and I have had all sorts of things happen... from being EXTREMELY sore, to insane itchiness. I also had an instance where my knees looked like thighs and I had kankles from all the swelling. Just rest a bit, put your feet up, tell your boo to massage your abdomen towards your pelvic region to alleviate adema (fluid build up), and on your back towards your armpits. Massaging around knees and ankles will also help to alleviate any soreness that excess fluid buildup can cause. Hope you feel better soon! :) Also, even if it doesn't completely cover the swollen area, wear your garment. It's very important to, it helps the scar tissue to properly build. It will also speed the healing process :)
