1 month Post Op. looking and feeling great.
Wearing the binder only for a few hours while I work to help with swelling and regaining core strength.
Bending over feels uncomfortable but I can do it.
Resumed almost all normal activities except haven’t one back to the gym yet. Light exercise only for now. Mostly walking.

3 Weeks Post Op.
Doing really good with recovery. I struggle wit bending over and getting in and out of a sitting/laying position but it gets easier every day. I’m back to work part time with limited abilities. Feeling happy with results so far. I still wear the binder around the clock and only eel swollen/uncomfortable in the later evenings.
All drains out and cleared for showering. 2 weeks P.O.
3rd drain removed during breast lift surgery yesterday. I am cleared for a glorious much needed shower! I’m going to wait until my husband gets home to shower though just in case I need adult supervision.
Things are healing nicely and I’m looking good so far.
I do have some serious concerns about the indents in my booty post lower body lift. I hope they go away as I heal and the swelling changes or I fear I’m gonna need a revision in that area.
The incisions look good and are healing nicely. Belly button looks good. I do still have quite a bit of swelling and as time goes on that will all go down I’m told. Can’t wait until Tuesday for my fluid check, hopefully I can get the clear to take the binder and contour foam off.
