I have decided to document my pictures here even though my Dr is retiring. Perhaps it will help other people with similar body issues to mine. I carried my weight in my middle quite a bit and after a ~200 weight loss I had a lot of skin. I have a strange 'upper' skin and thigh skin that others don't seem to have.
Dr. Fisher is combining this into two surgeries. The first will be lower body lift with arm lift and is scheduled for Nov 5th. Yes, this is in 5 days! The second surgery is scheduled for May and is for breast lift/augmentation and spiral thigh lift. I haven't found anyone with the upper skin similar to mine at this point so perhaps the pictures and before/after will help someone.

Thanks. You're going to have great results! Are you on Facebook? I'm in a group with a whole bunch of his patients and is very informative and extremely supportive. A bunch of them have been meeting and helping each other while they are in Texas!

May 27th. It's interesting that you live in Boston, san Antonio is a bit of a haul!

Mine is may28th! Although I might be possibly switching with someone who is in February right now. It's a very Bad time for me to be able to work and I'd be coming home the day before my birthday. I've been recovering from plastics the last couple of summers. I would like to not be in it this summer. His patients fly to him from all over the place!

Thank you for sharing your photographs and journey so far. I've seen some Real Self patients of Dr. Fisher's, and their results look amazing so I have no doubt you'll be very happy.

I will post my pre op picks and all of that as well but here is my before.
Really hoping for good results!
My legs and upper tummy are pretty bad and my boobs hanging down of course!
Monday is preop day, Tuesday at 530 AM I report to hospital!

I'm so happy for you! This surgery will change your life and only for the better...you've already done the hard part, losing the weight. I'm not gonna lie, it will be hard but it is well worth every penny and every bit of pain. I can't wait to see your transformation! Good luck tomorrow!

It really is hard to move right after surgery. I haven't been sleeping very well with the noise from sand bed. The pain comes and goes. I was surprised how weak I felt when I got up to move around. Plan is to go home this after noon.
