You look amazing!! What was your surgery weight if you don't mind me asking. I'm trying to lose 60 pounds and I'm wondering what my goal should be for me. I know your goal is probably different from mine I'm sure. But I'm trying to get an idea of what to shoot for. Maybe I should ask bmi instead?

first off thank you so much for such kind words :-) to your point everybody is different and how they’re built. Honestly BMI can be tricky I was 170lbs pre surgery, My best advice is set a goal, and with good nutrition and an active lifestyle if you struggle getting past that goal and flatline, you could just have hit your mark. That’s why I maintained for quite some time to understand what was excess skin or that stubborn fat I just couldn’t get off. I was burning myself out on exercise trying to reach in aesthetically pleasing result where honestly I needed my surgeon’s help to achieve those results.
In my experience if you set a goal and achieve it for weight loss, set another goal for maintaining that weight and achieve it, and when you make the decision to get the surgery it’s goal driven money well spent and your less likely to slip backwards in weight which can effect results long term.
I hope I gave some insights I don’t know that I answered your question but good luck to you along your journey :-)
