VERY Impressive!!! Couldn't Have Asked for a Better Experience!!! - Boca Raton, FL

Just updating to say my surgery is in two weeks! June 3rd! I've contacted the office a couple times and I got a quick response. I can't wait until I get to see Dr. Pozner again!:)

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Jason Pozner and his staff! I have not had my breast augmentation just yet, but I wanted to provide those who are interested in Dr. Pozner a lengthy review of my consultation. I have never had such a GREAT experience! As soon as my sister, my mom and I walked up to the door, we were immediately greeted by the patient coordinator. They knew exactly who we were by first name before we even got through the door! (My sister is getting a BA as well, and my mother came for support.) As soon as we walked up to the front desk, we were given a warm welcome by all the staff, nurses, and even Dr. Pozner gave us a friendly wave! After we filled out the paperwork, there was absolutely NO wait for the nurse to call us in the back room. It was almost as if they were waiting for us! The nurse, Diana, greeted us and brought us into the consultation room where she took a picture of our chests using the Vectra 3D Imaging system. She was extremely friendly! She left the room and came back with Dr. Pozner who greeted all 3 of us with a warm welcome. He then went on to take some measurements and then explained all of the information pertaining to a breast augmentation. From the type of implant, profile, smooth or textured, round or anatomical, incision site, placement, pre-op information, recovery, EVERYTHING! He also explained that the procedure would be done within their sterile facility and not in a hospital because it decreases the chance of infection. He also uses an anesthesiologist that he uses with his own family members. He has been using this anesthesiologist for many, many years and says he trusts him with his life. After explaining all the information, he answered all of our questions. He was very patient and extremely informative. It felt like he would have sat there for 3 hours to talk to us if we needed him to! He then asked us about the look we wanted to achieve, and he used the Vectra 3D Imaging to show us approximately what our chests would look like with different size and profile implants from every view. I loved this machine. It was very helpful in looking for a size that looked great on my frame. Both my twin and I are 5’6” and 110lbs. We decided on Smooth, Round, Saline, 375 cc max filled to 425cc’s, moderate profile, under the muscle placement. The nurse then brought out some 375cc silicone mod plus sizers for us to try on with a surgical bra and a tight fitting t-shirt provided by the office. (The office only supplies silicone sizers. He informed us that a max filled saline moderate implant looks like a silicone mod plus implant, and by going under the muscle with 425ccs would look like 375 implant sizers tried on with a surgical bra. There are photos posted of me with the sizers.) We were given as much time as we wanted to play around with the sizers and take photos. Dr. Pozner encouraged taking as many photos as possible, and explained that if we ever wanted to come back to try them on, that we were more than welcome to do so. Afterwards, we met with Lisa, the surgical coordinator to talk about pricing and scheduling. She gave us a VERY reasonable fee. She also explained that Dr. Pozner would be willing to give a discount because my twin sister and I would be getting them together. Overall, I am EXTREMELY impressed with Dr. Pozner, his staff and his impeccable facility. Never during the entire consultation did I feel rushed or pressured, and there was absolutely no wait. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I felt very comfortable during the entire process. Dr. Pozner is a great surgeon and I have no doubt that he will be my surgeon for my breast augmentation. I felt like a celebrity! They treated all of us with great importance. My mother was SO impressed that she decided to cancel a future surgery date she had with a different plastic surgeon and wants to come and see Dr. Pozner for her procedures! If looking in the south Florida area, Dr. Pozner is a great choice! You will not regret seeing him!
