54 Years Young, 3 bf children, a lot of breast stretch when A cup went to DD cup each pregnancy

The decision was made 32 years ago at 23 years old that being 104 with boobs that looked like socks with sand, I would never be naked again in front of a man. Of course I did meet a man who loved me for who I was. Over the years, I wanted to fix my scars, but never had time or money. I since divorced and met a wonderful man that I had a crush on in middle school! Wow, huh? I came into some money, left my job for a short sabbatical and he took a week vacation. After researching many doctors, I found Dr. Ress of LIV Plastic Surgery. I was impressed most with the fact he is in Boca Raton, and used to rich people coming in. When I went to my free consultation, in jeans, flip flops and a Kmart purse, he spent an hour and a half answering ever question. Joked with me and my BF about silly things. Told me he would take 2-4 hours to fix my chest, and he loved to see great work! This is day 3 post op, and the pain is manageable. I am starting to feel normal(ish)

Had my 24 hour follow up. Found out they did just areola incision. Went in thinking lollipop or anchor due to age.
PS said it looked great and I could shower.
I was just not ready!
The ride back home was fun (sarcastic font lol) Every bump was felt. My BF is wonderful and drive slow.

FYI, I felt so much better up and moving. I've had a low grade fever which went almost to normal from moving around.
Took my first shower. Really surprised they gave the go ahead 24 hrs post op. I just was not ready
They had place non stick gauze and that's it!

Very interesting journey thus far. I have learned a few things. I have a small chest. Obviously the breast tissue, but also the muscles and width. We discussed up to 500CC implant, but gave the doctor full permission to do what looked normal and would cause the least drooping in the coming years. He put in 375cc which was quite a difference. Again I am a bit older than most here (main reason I am posting, I could find very little on women my age) At 54 my elasticity is a lot different than 24 or 34.

Anyway, today is much better. I can get up on my own, walk around, bend over (do not suggest this, squats are awesome!) I can tell it is going to be at least a week before I feel normal enough to be left alone.
