44y Old, 3 Kids, 7 Years 525 Silicon Implant Removal

I was doing my research 6 month to remove my implant. I had my first implant surgery 2009 with the lift. Size 325 saline and 2011 changed it 525 silicon. At first , (like everyone else) loved them. But last couple of years I felt they pushing my ribcage in I can't breath freely, I couldn't do my yoga poses, was uncomfortable sleeping in my tummy and I felt my overall health drastically declined and I didn't know the reason. I wanted my implants out. This site was a huge help to make my decision. I found Dr Pozner also on this site recomend by others. I had consultation with other doctors and they told me not to take out my implant bc I absolutely will not like the result. Dr Pozner was different, he said take it out first and wait 6 month if I don't like it I still can have a lift after but lots of women like it even without the lift. So I decided I will just taking them out bc anyway I had a lift in 2009 with my breast augmentation so I was hoping that would help not to be as saggy without the implant as well.
Dr Pozner toke my implant out with local anesthesia. The whole surgery toke 45 min. Felt just fine after I didn't even had to take my painkiller Med at all. Next day I went for the check up and they toke the wrap out and since then I wear sports bra. 2 days after the surgery I was already able to go out for New Year celebration. I was super happy from day one with my new original boobs. I feel excellent. Full of energy. The best decision in my life to take them out.
