Hello all! I am scheduled for a TT and Arm Lift on Oct. 4th. I am a little nervous but mostly overly excited. I had bypass surgery in 2006 lost 85 pounds, then I got pregnant a year and half later gained some weight back. Now I am at 188 and I am 5'4, I am not at my goal weight but I really want to do this! Any advise from anyone who has done the same? Thanks!

Well we are almost in September!! I go for my pre-op on September 12th, I am assuming that I will get more detail on my surgeries and of course I have a few questions too! I'll keep you all posted on my progress!

He is def one of the best around! I have been bugging the poor patient coordinator- emailing her a million question- I feel bad or her cause I am a crazy women sometimes!. What meds are you going to be on? Have you gotten any supplies?

Hi! I have my surgery on October 4th, he is doing it at the Okatie Bluffton Surgery Center. I haven't had my pre-op yet but it is this Weds. the 12th. I am getting super excited!

I have emailed her too! I have gotten some things based on what I've read on here. I got a raised toilet seat, a shower chair, an extra binder, and some bath wipes. Other than that I haven't gotten anything else. Are you just having a TT? I also don't know what meds I'll be on, but I know one is a muscle relaxer and there was one other they mentioned. I guess I will find out all the details on Weds!

I had my consult in late August, he was referred to me by my nurse practitioner. She went to him herself for a consult.

I am getting a tt with MR, breast lift w/ aug, lipo of my upper abs,back,flanks, inner and outer thighs. I so can't wait! You are 25 days before me! You have to let me know how your pre-op goes! This is the list of meds Michelle gave me when I emailed her 1 of he many times! Lol
Atavan- for sleep a few days before,
celebrex- anti- inflammatory
robaxin- muscle relaxer
demerol- pain
phenergan- anti-nausea
medrol dose pack- steroid
Keflex- antibioticÂ
lovenox- blood thinner.
I started hot yoga to get in shape I go to dancin dog studio- they have a studio in Beaufort- they just opened the 1 in bluffton. The Beaufort studio has way more classes then the 1 here.

Hi! I do know that I will be on celebrex and robaxin. Also Dr. Weniger did mention lovenox too. I was wondering about the pain meds-I know when I go for my pre-op they will give me all my prescriptions so I can get them filled, plus I have to go for bloodwork too.

Hello all!!! I go for my pre-op in 4 days, super excited but yet I still am so nervous. I posted a couple of pics-not the best but hey, this is why I am getting a TT and arm lift! I will keep you all posted on my progress and I will write back after I see my surgeon.

Where did u get your toilet seat riser? I can't find one in any of the stores @ bluffton? Did you order it on line? You have your surgery the 4th I have my pre op the 5th:-) I am def not at the weight I want to be:-( I am hoping to lose some weight before surgery!Â

Oct 29th pre-op oct 5th!!! I don't know I emailed and asked her what I would be on. I am sure they ate similar.

Michellez- your toilet seat riser was at Walmart you didnt have to order it? The Walmart in beaufort is only 30 mins from my house it would be awesome just to go get it from there.

No I just went in and got it. I believe it was the only one though, but I have seen them at walgreens. You could check there.

I got my toilet seat riser at Walmart. It was $21 and some change. The shower chair I ordered online from Walmart too. I went to walgreens to get the shower wipes and face wipes. I was wondering if I should buy the waterless shampoo too! I don't know we will see. I am super nervous about all the surgery but at the same time so excited. I'll have to let you know how my pre-op goes!

I am si nervous! How many hours did he say your surgery would be? Mines going to be no longer then 6 supposedly. I def want to get a toilet seat riser.Â

He told me the same. No longer than 6 hours too. The toilet seat riser seems to be a must among everyone. There not too expensive either.

I know it seem I need to get 1. With a muscle repair I think our abs will be out of commission for a while. Do you have a recliner? I am thinking of renting 1.

I don't have a recliner, but all of our couches recline and lay back. I have tons of pillows too and I read somewhere that those neck pillows work good if your laying on the recliner. Luckily I have one of those too.
