Resulted in Blotchy Skin That Took 2 Months to Get Back to Normal

My blue peel was preceded by using a number of Obagi products to prepare the skin for the peel. I followed all the instructions and received the blue peel shortly before I left for a major trip to Asia. This was years ago, but because of the way it turned out, I wanted to put my story out there.

In short, it was a disaster. Prior to the peel, my skin was clear with only minor discoloration from the sun. After the peel, blotchy discolorations emerged and were very prominent, all over my face. I couldn’t cover it all with makeup, and my enjoyment of the trip was diminished by the bad result of the Blue Peel.

When I returned home a month later, I saw the MedSpa owner (an anesthesiologist!) about the bad result and he expressed surprise, saying the discoloration would fade. It did, but it took months.
