Annabelle Scott in London - Beware!!!

When I arrived at my appointment my instincts were already telling me that something wasn't right, she seemed flustered and barely welcomed me. Even using the loo was an experience...no lock on the door and absolutely filthy! I should've walked out at that point. Sadly I didn't. I told Annabelle exactly the result I was looking for - natural hair stroke brows. It look her a very long time to draw the shape and they looked very blocky. I said at the time that they weren't the shape I wanted and I was informed that the lines were only for her benefit and that they would look more natural afterwards. After a very painful procedure, they came out looking like two WONKY blocks of colour. I was really upset when I looked in the mirror but Annabelle was quick to tell me that they wouldn't look like that once they had healed. Not true at all. They are still exactly the same and I hate them. It upsets me to even look in the mirror. I emailed Annabelle to express my concerns and she sounded very blasé about it. Since then I have been ignored via email and text. I don't know what to do about it as I can't afford to go to anyone else. This is a living nightmare. She is the most unprofessional person I have ever come across and needs shutting down before she ruins anyone else's face!!!! Two other points - 1. She barely spoke to me the whole time and I felt like she didn't even want to be there
2. One of the few times she did speak to me was to run down the customer before me!
