It has been 6 months after my breast reduction and I can truly say it has been one of the best experiences I have ever had.

I have always had huge breasts before my surgery I was a 38F/G. I wont lie, I am a heavier girl being 5 feet 7 and 200 pounds, but even so my breasts were sinking my self esteem. My breasts were an every day battle. Every day I would ask questions like- What can I wear? Why doesn't that fit?. My finger were numbing constantly and my back would never stop cracking.

My mother had breast reduction surgery and she had always urged me to do so. At 23, I believed it was too early for surgery but I hit clarity when I helped my brother with his project. He video taped me and I saw my breasts and what it did to my body and my posture and I realized I had had enough.
That very same night I looked up plastic surgeons in my area and from that point my life changed forever.

I had my consultation with Dr. Paige Holt at Twin City Plastic Surgey in Bloomington, IL. From the first day I met her she was the nicest doctor I have ever met. She really cared about me and made me feel so comfortable. They handled my insurance and I soon found out that I only had to pay $25, my insurance paid for the rest!!! It was a no brainer, I was getting this surgery.

The day of the surgery came and I had complete faith in my doctor. My recovery was not bad at all, I was very luck to have my mother and my siblings help me for that month. It has been six months and I can truly say that this surgery has been the best thing that has ever happened to me. I would not go back. My scars are still healing, but to me they signify how much better my life has gotten. I walk proudly and do not shy away, I wear what I want, and best of all my hands do not go numb and my back and my posture are better than ever.

I recommend this surgery 5 trillion percent. It changed my life, and all I had to do was pay $25.
