Searched the Midwest for 3 years to find the best nose surgeon and found him Right at Home (Metro Detroit)!

I searched the Midwest for 3 years to find the best rhinoplasty surgeon. Based on my experience with Dr. Zuliani and my new perfect nose, I know that I made the right choice! If you were to combine all of things that people hate about their noses (bulbous tip, a huge bump, narrow and pointy) I had all of them! I searched for many years because I didn't want a cookie-cutter nose because of my strong Italian background. Dr. Zuliani assured me that my new nose would fit my face, and he was right. My nose looks very natural, like the nose I always wanted! I can go on, but I think his work speaks for itself (take a look at the pics and you'll see what he was working with)! I obsessively read the reviews on this site for years and met Dr. Zuliani several years ago. I was still too nervous so I had consultations with doctors in Chicago, Minneapolis, and with another well-known Metro Detroit doctor before I went back to Dr. Zuliani for a second consultation. He was as warm and welcoming the second time I met him for consultation, as he was the first time. I'm currently 5 months post-op and waited to write this review to make sure I only ended up with two nostrils. I have to say that he is definitely a 5 star doctor. If you're ready to make the change, you won't regret choosing him. Additionally he has great staff – Danielle, Kim, Laura, and Nikki are genuine and caring people. I felt like I had known them for years and they took really good care of me.
