How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

My breasts have been an A cup to a D cup and every where in between! During pregnancy and nursing I was a full D, but still never had much upper pole fullness. After finally weaning my third and final son and having lost 35 lbs, my breasts shrunk down to a sad B cup. Decided it was time to fill them back up!
Surgery was two weeks ago now and I'm not seeing any change in the dropping and fluffing department and I'm getting worried! I have major "frankenboob" AND "snoopy boob" The implants are both very high and square looking, and my actual breast tissue kind of hangs off the implant. At my one week post op the nurse told me they looked great and to be patient, they will drop and fill in lower pole, raising my nipples up. BUT being patient is easier said than done!
