I'm trying to connect with someone in or near the Birmingham area that has had the BBL. I'm considering Hedden. I have a consult scheduled for Fri the 19. I need some help along this journey. I'm interested in tips & tricks that made your experience a bit easier. I have a great husband that will be helping me but I also have 2 young children that he will have to care for during my down time. I'm currently 5'6, 153lbs (just picked up 6lbs), 36-31-39 measurements with a butt that has lost a little volume after kids. Thank in advance for help.

Consultation
Today I had my consult with Dr Hedden. He was very nice & informative. He didn't rush me & answered all the questions my husband & I had. The staff was extremely pleasant. Well, Dr told me I needed a tummy tuck. I pretty much figured that. After child births & a hysterectomy my stomach has excess skin and has been very hard to tighten up with exercise.... My new cost for a TT, BBL, w/lipo to the lower back,flanks, & pannis (?) is $9,900 CASH or $11,880 to finance (WTH!). My husband is willing to pay it, but that's a lot of money. Oh yeah, that price is if I have it done before Oct. 31. I'm considering adding my upper back, which he didn't mention but I'm not happy with it..... What do you guys think???????

Im also interested in getting bbl with liposuction from dr Hedden in birmingham im a resident here. I have a round stomach and upper abdomen I really don't want all of it taken out u just wanted it shaped and rounded off and for him to place it back into the buttocks because they are also all out of per portion as well so I have a consultation next week so hopefully he will be able to help me

Sorry for delay. How did your consult go? I have to delay my surgery until after the 1st of the yr due to a family tragedy.

I FINALLY have a date! and a different Dr.
It's been a while (3yrs). I've been stalking RS and collecting data. I've found a lot of amazing and informative stories here. After a few years of stumbling blocks, I finally have a date, 12/22/2017
Just to update, I've had several consultations at Hedden PS and decided to go with Dr. J. Stephen Gunn. I met him the beginning of November. He was just as informative, and patient as Dr. Hedden. I had lots of questions and he answered each one. He also showed me pics of his work, he'd actually just done a Bbl that morning.
I can't wait to take you guys on my journey & continue to follow yours. If you have any tips that helped you along, feel free to share.
