I have always wanted to do implants because I had such a small chest. 34A, and that was barely anything. Dr. Lofman was amazing. I felt comfortable with him from the start at my original consultation. My thoughts going in were that I wanted to be able to wear a bikini top and not feel like I had to wear a t-shirt/tank top over to hide what wasn't there. He gave me exactly what I asked for. Now that I am a year post op, I do have thoughts of maybe I should have went a tad larger, but I was so nervous of being too large and looking fake. I wanted to still be able to conceal them because I wasn't advertising what I did to everyone I know. Maybe I will have a revision in a few years if it still weighs on my mind.
