There is no denial, no weighing, lots of pasta and potatoes and rice, loads of meat, and tons of veg. You can have massive plates of food or tiny plates of food. You can eat throughout the day! You just eat the right things! You have to eat a third of veg, a third of starch, and a third of protein at every meal. It does something scientific in your tummy and you just poo your fat away. You have to be prepared to plan in advance but it soon becomes routine. If you hate veg and fruit you will soon love it - i dont know why but i now love it. I crave it! Having lost weight i had a breast lift in the UK. I had it a week ago.

I'm struggling a bit because i keep bleeding from my left side and i cant move around which is frustrating. I'm scared of what they look like (scar wise) and am imagining big gaping wounds! Aaargh! Anyway. I'm glad i had the op, and i'm BLOODY glad i lost the weight. Slimming world is a life long plan. I eat pizza and cake and biscuits still. But i CONTROL it and eat the slimming world way everywhere else. Its easy, even on holiday and at christmas. And with my clinic appointment on Tuesday i hope my bosoms will soon make me feel happier! (I just wish they'd heal up)!!
