WORTH IT
From the moment I walked into his office Dr Alberto Giuseppe made me feel at ease he is very easy to talk to and unlike other surgeons I've met he treats you like a human being and listens to what you want. I asked for a curved nose and informed Dr Giuseppe that I might need a septoplasty as my nose was slightly crooked he agreed. I had my surgery a couple days ago so still do not know how my nose will look like although I can sort of see the tip it all looks straight. Dr Giuseppe also takes pictures of you as soon as he's finished doing the surgery to show you what your nose will look like before all the swelling occurs. I had the nose packing removed a day after my surgery which was yesterday. I asked the nurses to give me the strongest pain killers 15 mins before so that when they took them out I wouldn't really feel them, as I've read loads of reviews of how painful taking them out can be. I had the pain killers and they were removed with no pain felt. Thank God! A day After surgery dr Giuseppe came to see all his patients uncluttered myself, he noticed I'd swelled up a bit round my eyes and head and asked the nurse to give me anti imfamitry drugs which helped.. Most of the nurses at the Dolan park hospital were nice some didn't even crack a smile. I think it's just down to the person and their personality. I wasn't too bothered though as long as I had my husband to call and a good surgeon who cares I was happy. It's only day 3 so I will keep updating this as the days weeks go by.

Hey, me too, I am having my cast off on Friday as well. Desperate to get it off now, I don't know about you but my nose is starting to feel more stable now, just like you say stuffy and a bit tickly :-) I too am trying to stay away from people and try to keep this under my hat, I live in the country so everyone is local and knows me which is hard, ha, :-) good luck for Friday x

Yeah, I thought mine was big! And a bit ugly with the spots and swollen tip but then I thought of all the work I know he did on the tip that I just can't see yet and relaxed about it. I was glad instill looked like me, tbh I think that was my worst kind fear. I can see the residual swelling from your bump and from what I ave read from the doctors Q&A this is quire normal, with the tip braking a long time to resolve when so much work has been done. Your bump has gone down loads tho since cast off [RS bleep]
