I am athletic and I feel comfortable with my body shape. When I looked into the mirror, I looked tired and sad. Make up didn't help much anymore and eventually I became overly aware of my sagging jawls and neck. After trying numerous facial cremes, I just gave myself a push and decided to go for a lower face lift.
