I decided to book a consultation with Mr Hassan after looking at reviews and carrying out my own research. I am so glad I did, he was polite, courteous and answered all of the many questions I had. There was no pressure to book the surgery, and Mr Hassan spoke to me on Skype when I had yet more questions.
I had my uplift 6 months ago and my augmentation 3 months ago, and I could not be happier with the results. I asked, and Mr Hassan delivered. The scars are fading nicely, and the ones around my nipples and the vertical scar from the uplift are barely showing. They look truly amazing.
Another reason I am so glad I went with Mr Hassan was the after care he provided, which I think is so important. I had a small niggle with one of my stitches, and sent an email on Friday night looking to make an appointment. I got an email and text within an hour by Mr Hassan, and also a phone call and an appointment booked for the next day, when he wasn't even working as I was quite worried. Exceptional customer service, and going above and beyond, which also shows on the administration side. After both my operations, I was contacted by a member of staff every day for a week to see how I was. It does make you feel that they care about you as a patient.
I would highly recommend Mr Hassan. There is no arrogance or rudeness, he listens and then talks through all of the options, and delivers spectacular results. He is a lovely man and wonderful surgeon, and I will be using him again for my tummy tuck next year.
