Breast Implants 440cc Overs Advice Wanted - Birmingham, GB

im due to have my ba on the 27.03.16 iv met my surgeon absolutely lovely man I had a choice of 360cc unders or 440cc max overs I wanted as big as possible so I have chosen 440cc overs... been trying to get opinions on over the muscle implants and have read loads of pros and cons for both under and over... I really don't want to go smaller but my surgeon doesn't want to go any bigger under the muscle .... does anyone have over the muscle implants??? if so how did you get on are they ok not saggy etc any advise is very appreciated thank you p.s I have posted a picture of my pre op boobs so you know what they look like x

I had motiva round velvet corse implants on the 27th of March I no I'm early days but so far I'm not happy I asked for big and fake he only put 440cc in as that's all that would fit (I asked for 510cc at least... There 2 different sizes which they were pre op yet he put the same size implants in both boobs.... I have my implants placed completely under the muscle ... I just wish I had naturelle implants over the muscle but apparently THG don't do naturelle anymore which is a lie ????????
