So my journey begins 39 days and counting, to say I'm excited is an understatement.......
Like most of you lovely ladies on here I wasn't blessed in the boob department and always wanted bigger boobs. My very small 32A's have left me feeling self conscious and unfeminine for years. I came across this site when i was trying to figure out what my new boobs may look like once I've had them done. I'm not ashamed to say this but I think I'm boobs obsessed at the moment hahaha. Sure I've tried on the sizers and done the rice test, but I wanted to see real pictures of what to expect after my surgery and also hear all about other people experiences.
I have booked my BA with the Hospital Group for the 27.10.17 and have gone for the Motiva 355cc Round Valvet Full - I'm hoping - No I'm praying this will give me a Full C / Small D. I wanted to go to a DD / E but my PA advised me this was the biggest i should go for a natural look. He also offered me the Motiva 410cc Course Profile but said he felt this would look unnatural on my frame. I have read a lot on here about boob greed and I agree I've got this, I don't want to spend all this money and wake up feeling I should have gone bigger, but also on the flip side I don't want to wake up with 2 melons stuck on my chest that look at of proportion for my body. I have read a few profiles on here from ladies who are a similar build / frame as me, who have gone up to around the same size implant as I'm having and they all look fabulous.

Good luck! The time will fly by - soooh exciting. You will definitely get the D you want or more, I had 325cc HP overs and am a small D, started at 34A. Don't forget a light dressing gown for the clinic to keep your modesty over the paper knickers and gown as you walk to the theatre Lol keep posting :)

Thank you for the tip about the dressing gown. I would love to be a D / DD. However as I'm going under the muscle and have zero and i mean zero breast tissue (i look like a boy) I'm worried i will be pushing a Full C cup. Xx

You are going bigger than I did though so even with the under muscle loss you may be pleasantly surprised:) even though mine are not that big they feel huge on me as I had very little before, I keep knocking them on things Lol

Good luck. My surgery will be on 21st of September. Motiva 355hp. I'm very worried because they want to put the implant over the muscle, but I want it to be under the muscle. The staff can not talk to the doctor because there is no answer and the decision will be taken on the day of surgery. If they refuse to put it under my muscles, I do not know what to do

Wow only a few days to go now. I'm sure the PS will talk over your option before your opp. I always thought that under the muscle gave a more natural look, but having found this site and reading other people's profiles I really can't see the differance between under or over, they all look amazing. I only have the option to go under the muscle and I'm worried this will compress the implant making it smaller. I'm sure your PS will advise you accordingly for what's best for you, but i understand how you must be feeling. Please try to remember that although this is daunting for you, they do it day in day out and know whats best. Xx

My wife did dual plane motiva 285 and we regret not pushing the doctor to do subfascia instead. Understand will take longer to be squishy and generally less soft than overs because the pec muscles are always pressing on it think of a squeezed water balloon. Since mentors are a hybrid, I personally believe they actually suit better to overs. Good luck!

I've booked my surgery for the same day as well! I've picked 240cc and am hoping to be a small-mid C at the end. Im 5'5" and 145 lbs. Petite on top and pear shaped. Hoping to balance myself out a bit but don't want big boobs

Good luck for 27th Oct, the time will fly! :)

How exciting, where are you having it done?.

I'm in Atlanta and going to Dr. Joseph Woods. Several of my coworkers have used him and they all look great. Didn't even know they had implants until they told me.

I read a lot about boob greed and was sure that I should go with the biggest implant possible before I started reading reviews about explanting (having implants removed). One of the top reasons for explanting was being tired of huge implants (they get in the way, sag, cause complications and constant pain in neck/back/shoulders). I talked to my PS and he supported my reasoning: going with a smaller implant gives me lower chance of complications, more natural results, and they wear better (longer). An A cup is a pretty moderate size to start with, don't push it too far. Best of luck!

Hello, Have just been and had a look at your pics, I think they look great. How are you feeling. Are you happy with them. x
September 25, 2017
At the moment I think they are too small. I am fine but when I walk or stand up from bed or sofa I have a discomfort and pain under my right breast near stitches.

These are exactly what I want! I am the same height and weight as you. Currently 32a. BWD 12 I believe. Scheduled for November 28!

How did you feel about the sizers the office has? My office used tear drop shaped sizers and they seemed to give me a droopy look I wasn't a fan of (she said they would sit higher) did the rice sizers seen to do the implants justice? I've made one, but ran out of rice :/

If I'm totally honest i found both the sizers at the clinc and my home made rice sizers difficult to imagine how the final result would look. They were both ok for a guide on the size with how clothes would look but my implants are much better and bigger than i thought they would be. The rice sizers were very heavy and kept sliding down and a few mins. It's really difficult to get an idea on how they will look. Xx

Yea I can only imagine the real difference! I tried on something just above 500 and imediately said no, then tried on 560and it was better. It just sounds huge. I wasn't sure if it was the sizers in general or what that was giving me mixed feelings

The other thing to remember is that it's also got a lot to do with your own body shape and frame size as everyone is different and how the same cc implant size can look so different on people if that makes sense. I found this site so help full in my research by looking at ladies who had similar sats to me. Also show you PS wish boob pics on what you want your results to look like. That gives them a better idea of what your boob goal is. Xx

I absolutely agree! I've actually had to tell myself to step back and look at before pictures too, that gave me a better perspective on results. I think I have boob clutter in my brain from looking so much.
