When I was in my teens and early 20's, I had...
When I was in my teens and early 20's, I had perfect D cup boobs that were the envy of a lot of my friends. Unfortunately, after lots of yo-yo dieting and going into bodybuilding, I lost my boobs. They were so flat, empty and saggy cos I had lost a lot of body fat and was quite muscular. I loved exercising, but the more I exercised, the more saggy and empty my boobs became. At a point, I became so conscious of them that I wouldn't remove my bra in front of anyone. Lack of boobs also made me look quite manly considering I was quite muscular. I had so many sleepless nights about how many boobs looked. It made me more sad because I had boobs before and lost them so I knew how good I looked with boobs.
I decided to have them done as a birthday gift to myself. I went on 3 consultations before, but the minute I walked into Mr. Ali's office, I knew I wanted him to be my surgeon. He was so calm, professional and very knowledgeable. He listened to all my issues and allowed me to say how I wanted while also ensuring I was making the right decisions for myself. He has more than 25 years experience and does a lot of nhs reconstructions. I knew I was in safe hands.
I went for the consultation with some ideas in mind because of all I had read and seen online, but at the end of the day with the help of this wonderful man, I was able to make the right decisions on the size, shape and placement of implants based on my height, chest measurements, natural shape of my breasts and the level of sagging I had.
I had 450cc natrelle anatomical implants in both boobs, over the muscle. I needed to go over the muscle because my chest muscle was quite muscular. Also, if I had gone under the muscle, I wouldn't have been able to fill the sagging with the size of implants without having an uplift which I didn't want.
I am so happy with my results and so grateful to this man for giving my my boobs back. I cannot thank him enough.
I went for my 3 weeks post op today and everything is going well. He said he need the boobs to go down a bot more so as to bring out their shape better. I think the left boob is going down faster than the right, but that is just my opinion. My boobs looks so natural and has the natural slope I wanted them to have. My scars are nearly invincible and I haven't even started using anything on them.
All in all, I am so happy and I 100% would do it again. I would 100% go with my surgeon too.
Oh, the hospital food was amazing! Ha ha. I could have stayed days more just for the food. Lol. The care I got was excellent too. Every one was nice and caring. The rooms were well kept.
Regarding the pain, it wasn't unmanageable. I was more uncomfortable than in pain. Pain was probably 4/10. The part of the whole experience that nearly drove me mad was sleeping on my back! Dear God! it was torture. After 3 days, my bum hurt a lot. Lol
