Day 16

I can't believe it's already day 16! It's honestly flown by. I'm more and more happy with my results everyday. My 3 week follow up with PS is next Thursday 10/11. He'll remove the tape and I'll see how well everything has healed. The dark sections of my right nipple have all come off. Now I have a bit of a brown scab on the tip of my nipple and the upper section of areola. It's looking good! I've been having some crazy burning on my incisions. I know it's nothing but healing pains, but geez it's painful. Also the 2 week shooting pains have started. It's painful but I'm grateful. Is means I'm healing well and on time. I'm attaching an updated picture. This picture is from a couple days ago.

Went back to work today. It was an exhausting day. Came home sore and so tired. If you can take more time off than a week be sure to do it. My right breast was sore and I felt a couple hard spots around the nipple. I think there may be some fluid retention. I'm going to keep an eye on it.

My 3rd update of the day. Sorry guys. I thought I would post my measurements. That way I can track my size through healing. There's no denying I'm smaller, perkier, and I feel more attractive. My pain is almost completely gone. I feel lighter. But my measurements make me a little depressed. I know this is just part of the process. Tracking that process will show how far I've come. I don't know if this is allowed, but I'm posting a picture from another website. Maybe someone else will find it useful.

Dr Schaffer has been professional, patient, and reassuring. I was completely satisfied with the consultation and the time he took to answer questions and explain the procedure. The day of the surgery everyone on the staff was pleasant, funny, and reassuring. I had a rough reaction to the anesthesia, but everyone was able to help me through it. I'm healing very well and my breasts are honestly beautiful. The shape is exactly what I asked for. The first thing he said to my partner after surgery is "she's getting almost everything she asked for." Which to me is beyond amazing. Spending so much money I wanted the absolute best. After tons of research I knew Dr Schaffer was the surgeon I wanted to take care of this life changing surgery. I'm so glad I made the right decision. I give Schaffer Plastic Surgery 5 stars!
