Anxiously awaiting surgery. 32I and hoping for a B/C

So far Dr Schafer has been professional, patient, and reassuring. I have been completely satisfied with the consultation and the time he took to answer questions and explain the procedure. I have not had the surgery yet. I will update my review post surgery.

I've been wearing a bra since I was 9 years old. I've been getting unwanted attention from the boys since middle school. My breasts continued to grow non-stop until I rescued a size H. After a bit of weight gain 2 years ago I'm stuck buying 32 I bras. I've been denied by BCBS 3 times. The last request included X-Ray's showing arthritis in my neck, disc degeneration, and 3 ribheads that had popped out of my spine on the left side. They still denied me. So... I've been saving up money. I'm finally in a place to have the surgery. A bit of back story... I visited Dr Schafer's office 3 years ago. After much research I decided he was the best in the Birmingham, AL area. He refused to take out 500 grams due to the risk I could lose my nipples. I needed a second opinion, so I visited another plastic surgeon who had reached out to me through real self. They also refused 500 grams from either breast. At this time I was in horrible pain constantly from the rib heads. My medical records were denied. Fast forward 3 years. I visited Dr Schafer's office again on 9/12/18 and they scheduled my surgery for 9/21/18!! I can't wait, I'm honestly so excited! I feel like this post is all over the place so I'll post another update soon. Hopefully more sane. :)

After reading several reviews about scratchy surgical bras I went online to purchase a few more that are hopefully more comfortable. They were so cheap! I swear I'm never buying another $100 bra. NEVER AGAIN. I'm posting some pre-surgery pics of me wearing the new bras. I'll include after pics later! Surgery is 24 hours away!!
