I still have some fluid swelling at the bottom of my breasts and pecs are still swollen, but very happy so fast. The vertical scar is barely visible but scar tissue around my areolas is irritated and inflamed from my sports bras but is already significantly better after 1 week of using silicone sheeting.

Beat Lift with Implants
After 3 breastfeeding 3 babies, my natural double ds looked like tube socks made of crepe paper, I could stuff all the breast tissue into b cup bras and still have a big gap at the top. I wish I'd taken "before" pics. I'm 8 days post op today and so far very happy. I had to have a lollipop lift and had "400cc moderate plus projection implants, size 325-390" (overfilled to 400 with saline).I know they have a lot of changing to do over the weeks and months, but they're already giving my confidence a boost. I workout too hard to have breasts of an 80 year old!

You look great! I am a few years older than you. Dr Hedden performed my BL/BA on October 1. Tomorrow will be 6 weeks post op for me. I love Dr Hedden and his staff!! Wishing you a continued easy revovery!

I had the exact surgery done by him on October 1, 2018. I have been very pleased. My right breast is dropping much slower than the left so I am massaging it per his instructions. Also, I have had some issues with dehiscence along the vertical incision on the right breast. I have seen him 5 times since my surgery so that he can monitor the healing of the incision. I don't think there is a more caring plastic surgeon any where!!!

You look great. My surgery is this Monday with Hedden for a BA and lift. I want mine to look like yours. I’ll be ecstatic if they do ! When I was young I was a very full D. I don’t know how to explain that to him in terms of shape/cc. I’m very new to this. He says all bodies are different,of course. I’m leaning towards saline. What are your thoughts on silicone vs saline ? I’m scared of the risks ppl talk about with breast implants causing illnesses ,etc. Any other advice as I prepare for surgery ? Thank you.

I went with saline bc of health concernsand cost and am very happy with the results so far! Just don't be alarmed when you feel and hear them sloshing and squeaking the first few weeks. It scared me to death but they said it's extremely common with saline and it goes away after a couple of weeks. Now I only feel the implants when I do the massages.
