Dr Hedden was a God send. He was so kind and very patient. I've been to his office probably 6 times over 3 years. I kept having second thoughts and eventually I had another baby before calling it quits. After my youngest turned 2, I went for it. I did a lift, implants and TT. I will caution you, it took a TOLL on my body I thought I was dying from the pain the next day. It was a lot to go over in one surgery but I found out my mom was only giving me muscle relaxers and not the pain meds so I literally felt everything!! (Her English wasn't so good, and this is totally my fault). After I left post op the next day and learned of this I started to walk and by day 4 I was normal again. Dr Hedden answered all my questions and my results are INCREDIBLE! I went with silicon and I am so thankful. My BFF did hers a week from mine and they don't look not feel as natural or as squishy. Go with silicon! It's worth it!!!! YOUR WORTH IT!

Thank you for sharing your story. What size of implant did you go with, and did you get a full tummy tuck, or a mini? How is the scarring?

I went with 450cc. I was a small B. I talked to so many people who said all these rice tests, and fitters are off. I initially wanted 375-400, but I up'd 50ccs just in case I thought it maybe smaller. SO GLAD I DID! Because I LOVE my size! And the doctor shot down my manhood by telling me I wasn't a full C because I've worn somewhat padded bras my whole life, so that was a shocker. But I recommend you go 50+ more than you think.

As for the TT, it was full. The scaring looks scary but normal being so soon. I'm religiously applying scar cream I purchased from my dermatologist. Do not buy the over the counter crap. It's weak and will take longer to heal. Yes, it's more expensive but you'll be done quicker and better.

Hope this helps!

Also! Get some surgical tape and tape over your scar everyday after you apply the scar scream. It'll help it stay on it and not rub off with clothing

I just posted my latest post op. I'm good to go. About 3 weeks out I felt almost ready to go, but at 30 days I'm 100%. I have an office job so I went back to work a week later, was a little hunched over but I was fine. Tylenol or Advil was good enough for the soreness. Wasn't really in pain

how much was your mommy make over?? how much did u weight before surgery and how much are you now?

About 11k for all, cash price. Financed is more. I opted for the more expensive silicon as it felt way more natural than saline, and it's the best decision I made. Yes, it burned my pocket but it's nothing in the long run. I was about 150 before, dropped from 180. Now I'm about 138 and dropping another 8, I will be firm at 130 and happy with it. You won't have "excessive" skin if you lose just a little more. Plus, your skin is much tigher. I would say get close to where you wanting to be and get the surgery then. It'll be more he can cut off. Motivation!

At 24 days, I'd say I'm 1000% back to normal. A little soreness here and there but I'm back to normal life and it is good! If you can help it, keep wearing your wrap binder around your tummy as it keeps your poster in better shape, and your tummy from easily over eating. I tend to get full much quicker and it's good to maintain a healthy balance. HEALTHY! Don't let yourself go.
