I have hated my arms since I was in middle school, but have hated them more and more as I've aged. I contemplated having lipo to my abdomen first, but decided to go with my arms first (as they are my most bothersome area). My primary goal is to just be able to wear sleeveless shirts without being self conscious. I know I will never have tiny arms but just want them to look proportional to my body and not keep me from wearing sleeveless and short sleeves especially in the summer time. It has been almost 5 weeks since my surgery and I am not seeing any change. I know that patience is a virtue and I won't see the full results for 3-6 months but shouldn't I be seeing something?

Keep your arms wrapped with a compression garment so your skin doesn't droop down while you're healing.

Hello there,
I can see improvement on your arms but not dramatic. Did you wear your compression garment 24/7? I had my arms lipo using RF and bodytite 4 days ago and they're still swollen and sore but my husband said they look smaller already. Make sure you keep the compression garment on. My surgeon insists on wearing it for 8 weeks.
Btw, how long was your soreness/tenderness lasted?

Thank you. Yes I have worn my garment 24/7. I'm just hoping it will get better but not expecting much more. I just don't think 2500 for a little improvement is worth it. My arms are still a little sore and this Thursday will be 6 weeks.

Girl, you are only 1.5 months post op and still healing inside so give it some time. But I can see from the picture, you are healing nicely on the outside.
Remember, we are our own worst critic. Hope it gets better!
