33 Years Old, Ideal Weight for 10+ Years but Still with Spare Tire - Birmingham, AL

I've been healthy, maintaining ideal body weight, and exercising for over 10 years. I even tried strict dieting to the point of losing enough weight to be 10-20 lbs underweight, but still could not lose the stubborn spare tire I earned immediately post college as I started working. I had abdomen and sides done, and at day 1 post-procedure the results are impressive. I'm sure once the swelling subsides it will look even better. The procedure itself was easily tolerated without a sedative. I haven't had any pain to speak of yet but I've heard it's worst on days 2-3 post-procedure. There was a fair amount of pelvic area swelling at first, but it's already decreased substantially.
