I'm still a little sore around my abdomen but not to bad. Went to the beach this passed weekend . It was so nice not to worry about the roll of skin hanging over my swimsuit bottoms. I'm loving my new body !

Did you get your ab muscles back? How long did it take to get them back to where they were before surgery? I find I am loosing muscle mass fast. I worry about getting definition back once I am released to work out again. Did the boobies settle down? I am having the same problem. I want large breasts but right now they are enormous. PS says they will drop a size or two but I want to know when!

I had my muscel repair when I had my ovaries removed .so I just had a mini TT. I have just now been released to start slowly working out. So I want see any changes for awhile. The boobs are great now.

Binder free!!!!! Dr said I can start working out!!!!! I'm so pleased with everything. I'm headed to the beach on Thursday.

Wednesday will be 3 weeks. I feel amazing still a little swolen and sore to touch. All and all I'm good. I went for a motorcycle ride Saturday and Sunday . Sat out in my bikini all afternoon Sunday. My bruising is all gone. My husband had so much fun helping me pick out a new swimsuit for my new body this weekend. I stayed very busy and by the end of everyday I really felt it. advil has been my best friend. I go back to my wonderful Dr tomorrow. I hope he tells me I can lose the binders. I woop post more pics later.
