P.S.

My ass looks 1000 times bigger because of the fat sucked from my lower back!!!! I can't stop looking at it, neither can my boyfriend or my coworkers. Also, I drink a lot of water on the Adipex (4-7 bottles)

4 Months Post Op

I would have to absolutely say this surgery is worth it!!!!! Can you believe I have not exercised once sine the surgery????!!!! Although I did eat junk from November to January (damn holidays!!!) I changed my eating habits in January. I stopped eating out 5 days a week and I started COOKING MY OWN FOOD!!!!! Lol!!!! I started making things like baked salmon with homemade mashed potatoes and Parmesan crusted asparagus, things like baked chicken with bbq sauce (with lemon) broccoli, etc. On the weekends, I do allow myself a "splurge" day, within proper portions (most days lol!!) but I do get right back on it during the week. With this regime, I have been taking Adipex, a doctor prescribed appetite suppressant. Of course, with lipo, you don't lose many pounds per the scale (although my shape has certainly improved!!) but with the clean eating and Adipex, I have managed to lose 10 pounds in 1 month!!! I had to buy a size down in jeans!!!! On the Adipex, you really are not hungry, but you still need to eat. So for example, I take it around 8:30 every morning, then I eat 2-3 cups of Skinny Popcorn for lunch (only 35 calories per cup and delicious!!!) then for dinner I'll eat a balanced meal. If for any reason I don't feel like cooking, I'll grab Panera, half broccoli cheddar soup, half chicken Caesar salad. Mind you, 10 pounds in 1 month with no exercise!!!!! I've even trained myself (when I didn't have the pills for 3 days, waiting on a refill) to eat the same amount and not overindulge. Those pills are heaven sent, because I am a chocoholic by nature, but I have not had 1 craving!!!! Of course, every now and then I eat a piece....but it's a piece, and not the whole bar!!!! All in all,I feel a lot better than before lipo. Although I am no longer in pain, the main areas where I got it (flanks mostly) if I'm sleep on it for too long, it feels weird/irritated, it has not been 6 months to 1 year, which is about the time it takes to heal. I feel so good about myself that I am even comfortable having sex with NO CLOTHES again!!!!! That's about it for now, feel free to ask questions!!!

Almost 1 Mont PO

Everything has been going well, not in any pain at all, still some sensitivity when areas are touched with pressure. I am still happy with my reseults as I don't have any loose or sagging skin. One thing I will say is I know FOR SURE he missed a pouch by my hip and he DIDN'T EVEN TOUCH my upper bra fat under my arm, which he marked the day of surgery. That would be the only thing I have an issue with, but other than that, everything is good. I am still in my CG which is now down another size and I can tell a difference because my pants are getting looser. I am still wearing the foam under my CG. so I appear bulkier than I actually am, but smaller than before. I wonder how much longer I need the foam, although it does give me a tighter compression.
