shoestring lift
WORTH IT$4,000
Ok so went back to my ps and he said my right side crease was to low. So we decided to try the shoestring method. By tying a shoestring in a certain way around my implants that will put enough pressure on the creasr to make it heal higher then it was. Have to wear it for one month. I must say it is a lil uncomfortable...just tight kinda like wearing a bikini top. The part i dont like the most is the pylling of The back of my neck. Im using a pair of 45in flat strings if you are bigger then a 32 in the waist please buy bigger laces as these barly tied. So 1 month of this and hopefully i will be even or atleast closer.

Bra surprise
Umm wow....is all i could think as i went shoping today. When i talked to Heather, patient coordinator for Hedden Plastic Surgery, yesterday she said i could wear normal bras with underwire now that im 2 weeks post. Seemed wierd to me so i asked about the wire free bras. She told me that you need the support the wire gives and the wireless ones they do not recommend for their paitents as long as its not irritating. If it does irritate your incisions to wear a sportsbra. But the problem with those is they push your implants to the middle of your chest which is good for first couple weeks but not to much for to long. Also if it feels like they are being squished flatter thats not good either. So i went to Burlington today and got a 34dd...omg a freaking dd 0.0 i could not believe what size i am :-) so glad i didnt go bigger id never find any bras. But Burlington only had one bra in a 34dd. And not one bra in a 32 that was bigg then a c cup. I need a 32 waist and those are hard enough to find you cant just run to walmart and find them. But a 32ddd is like finding a dimond in a hay stack...even Victoria Secret only have 32ddd in about 3 differnt kinds of bras and 2 are push up (not to wear those for months post op) so yeah not so easy lol but i ended up with the 32ddd in the picture shown for about 60$ and one in same line but purple it was 50$ because its just plain color no lace. My 34dd is more comfortable for now its not as tight on my incisions. Also ordered a new sportsbra to wear at night in a size 32dd. Hopefully it wont be to small lol. Eeekkkk im so happy with my new girls lol
