Your skin really improved.
Thank you! I feel it's improving too!!
Wow it seems your skin really improved, however there might be still some swelling which may be the cause of your skin looking so good. Maybe it is better to uploud a picture after 10 days post procedure. Thanks for sharing!
I will! Thank you so much!
I am also busy with microneedling. Had my 2nd round 24 April. Both sessions left me bruised and red for 6 days. Day 7 hardly noticeable. It takes about 3 months to see results. I have noticed results already. Plastic surgeon uses a dermapen like gadget. Three needles are specific and the 6 needle head for general microneedling. The last session they gave a light skin peel using retinol. My skin peeled a lot up to day 4. Other derm told me he has seen results with fraxel on a patient that had 3 fraxels 1 month apart. She returned to him 6 months after the last session and there was a dramatic improvement. I also spoke to a laser clinic that does microneedling as well and they are adamant needling gives the same results as fraxel. They warned me against full ablative laser. I trust her opinion as she can get a lot more money from the laser. I intend doing 6 sessions with needles although was recommended 3 sessions and 3 chemical peel sessions. Your skin shows improvement but too early to see the real positive result yet based on what I have been told(I have seen many people specialising in needling).
Hi Faceinject, Did u experience any hyperpigmentation from your microneedling? I'm consulting with a dr on Monday for microneedling. If anyone on this post knows of a good dr in NY plz let me know. Many thx
Hey I would definately look up dr. Rappaport. He's in NJ though....but I've heard he's a pro.
Victoriana, I would stay away from Dr Rappaport. He ruined a few faces with laser per some of the reviews and didn't take responsibility for his action. Thanks for replying.
Hi Birdland. Yes I did - it resolved but took about3 to 6 weeks. You can always use skin lightening creams which according to the doctor I saw should fix the problem in about 3 weeks.
How much % improvement have you seen since the 1st treatment?
Thanks for the info
showing signs of improvement after only 2 treatments! Look forward to seeing pics as you progress with your treatment. Thanks for sharing
I do it at home, saves $$
What microneedling did you purchase? Online or at pharmacy?

Second round of microneedling

I went in again this morning to get the second round of micro needling, same steps: numbing cream for an hour then the micro needling with the hyaluronic serum !

Happy healing - update us with your results. Does the numbing cream help alot, or is the treatment still painful?

Yes! It's help 100 percent! I did not feel a thing!

Oh good!

what kind of numbing cream ? I had Lidoderm gel but still was very painful.....today is my "day after" and I'm sore .....
I did not look at the name of it! It's the one in the doctor office! It numb me good! I did not feel any thing beside the vibration of the needles!! Do you think they go deeper on you???
I had my 3rd round of micro needling yesterday 4/23 .......I'm sore and red just like you .....I don't want to leave the house but I must get to the grocery.......I am due in 4 weeks for the 4th round ......
I was not sore! Just red the first day, by the second day it's just look like a bad sunburn!!
numbing cream helps somewhat ....but everyone is different pain level
