In 2003 I I had bilateral Mastectomies and reconstruction with saline implants. I did not like the saline implants because they had a lot of rippling. In 2008 had saline replaced with silicone with a terrible result. After several years of thinking this was what I was stuck with I did some research and came across Dr. Cohn in Birmingham, Alabama. I had revision of breast reconstruction and am so happy with my result. Dr. Cohn is truly a miracle!!!
