Just like so many others I have read about on this site, I am ready to get rid of my flat saggy boobs. Never can I remember having perky youthful breast. My self-esteem is gone! I am currently 41, but my birthday is the same month as my procedure. Happy Birthday and Mother's Day to me!!
Stats:
41 (only for a few short time)
5'5"
128lb
34D according to VS but PS says small C if that
Mother of 2 girls (20 and 15 years old)

I had my consult with Dr. Hedden January 2018. He was SUPER busy but very nice, patient, and he did not leave the room until all my questions were answered. His staff was also nice and patient with me. Could not have asked for a better consult.

I'm currently leaning toward 300 silicone implant under the muscle. PS says 250 to stay the same size and 300 for one size larger. Ideally, I would like to have a full upper pole with D cup breast. Crossing my fingers.

Pics look upside down when I upload. Hope they turn right side up for viewing.

Wishing you the best with your upcoming surgery! I also had a BL/BA; it’s always interesting to read other member’s experiences. Do you mind sharing what kind of lift (I.e. vertical, anchor, etc) you’ll be getting? I look forward to following your progress… :-)

Pre Op and Day 1 Post Op

Pre Op was smooth. Checked in at 6:15 am. Went to the back around 6:30 am to prepare for surgery. I wasn't 100% sure if I wanted 350 silicon implants or 375. They allowed me to try on the sizer implants to finalize size and I choose the Mentor Silicon 375 with a lollipop lift. When I woke in the recovery room, the pain was high. OMG.. I was expecting my boobs to be numb from the surgery. Maybe they were to a degree, but I definitely was in pain. Thankfully my sweet husband filled my prescriptions while I was having the surgery. As soon as I got in the car I took a pain pill and the pain calmed down pretty quick. By the next day, the pain decreased in half. I was grateful for the meds. The drive home was about 2.5 hours. Thankfully I slept through most of it. I have attached my in office pre-op and next day post op pics.

Hi! I feel like I am similar appearance to you. I found a ps today that I really liked. I wondered what profile did you go with? How are you now?

I can't believe that you looked so good the day after! Can you share info on the bra that you're wearing? I found some that have the eye and hook closures in the front, but none with the zipper that I think are normal-sized in the band and big enough in the cup.

Very excited about my new breast. As expected, I am still very swollen but the pain has decreased every day by half from the day before. I'm fully resting until I return to work on Tuesday, May 29.
