I am a 24 year old female that has always been self conscious of my small breasts and concave chest bone. Dr. Cohn helped me pick the perfect implant size for my body. He also did a beautiful job of fat grafting- a procedure done to naturally fill in my concave chest area with my own fat taken from my legs. I wanted to go with a bigger implant size than I did and he talked me out of it- And I am so glad!!! I look so natural now. I will go back to Dr. Cohn for all future procedures. He called me on the Saturday after my surgery just to make sure I was doing well and gave me his cell phone number in case anything was bothering me.
