Still happy

I love my small natural boobies. I recently got a boyfriend and we have been intimate and he doesn't know that I've ever even had implants. I feel sooooooo much better than I used to in my clothes, in the mirror, my self love, etc.

antibiotics, gelatin, etc.

First of all, I did not take the antibiotics following my surgery! I did get very sick 3 days after surgery with a super sore throat, nasal congestion, sneezing and coughing green chunks. Chunks turned green and brown after a few days. After about 1 week or more of being sick, I was better. I didn't take the Antibiotics because I already have had so much digestive issues and possible Candida that I have been fighting with diet, probiotics, etc. Just a note.

Second, I posted this below in the comments/reply section, and thought I'd share in a post:
"joints have the most connective tissue in them, so using animal bones with lots of joints to make a bone broth will produce the most collagen/gelatin. (Collagen/Gelatin is what should make the skin be elastic and shrink back. LIGHT massage of the skin, not muscle, also stimulates the connective tissue just beneath the skin to encourage proper skin elasticity.) I have always made broth/stock from leftover chicken carcasses and love the way it tastes and was skeptical about the chicken feet taste. to my shock, it's delicious! I just do feet, sea salt, and bay leaves. yum!"

Update 2.5 weeks

Hi everybody! Here are some updated pics of me at 2.5 weeks post-op. They are pretty deflated, with most of the tissue at the bottom. The nipples sink in. They seem smaller than before my original augmentation. And they had always been uneven, but now seem more uneven. Oh, and the scars are terrible! My previous scars were flat little "cat scratches" and now they are huge and thick and feel super gross! All in all, they are probably the least attractive they have ever been. BUT - I love them more than I have in my whole life! I'm glad I made the decision to explant. And, I feel like I look better in a lot of my clothes, at least when I wear a push-up bra (doctor's orders!), LOL.

I didn't do anything active at all for 2 weeks (not anything that would get my heart rate up). But at the two week mark, I went back to doing yoga several times a week, including Hot Yoga classes. I'm back to pushups, handstands, crow pose, etc. No problem.

Naked, they look kinda weird when I flex, but not as bad as with my implants. And definitely not noticeable with clothes or probably during sex. You'd probably only notice it if I was standing straight up and said "Hey look at this" and flexed, LOL.

I removed the incision tape at 1.5 weeks and I've been putting "scarguard" on the incisions ever since. I massage them with my soap in the shower, but haven't been oiling them since I believe the real benefit to the oil massage is the massage itself (to stimulate the fascia/connective tissue) and I didn't like being oily. Oh, and the incisions really did hurt at first, but they are feeling find now. And still drinking my chicken feet broth! Delish!!

Feel free to ask questions!

I absolutely loved my experience with Dr. Hedden for my Breast Augmentation. I'm now out-of-state and am flying back to AL just to get him to do my explant!
