Just thought I'd stop by with a photo of the girls. They're still holding up. I had a baby and breastfed since having my breast augmentation. I still believe it was well worth it. Thank you Dr. Hedden!

Thank you for updating, so many people stop updating after the first few months and I’m always curious how they look years later. You look fabulous!

How does your saline implants feel after having them a while?

I kind of wish I went with silicone.one breast has like a ripple texture/feel when I touch it. But other than that they feel fine. Dr. Hidden did warn me about that but I thought saline would be better due to breastfeeding in the future.

Just wanted to do a quick check in update! I am having no pain whatsoever. I have no regrets at all and would do this procedure again if need be, but am very happy with my results. I'M SEXY!!! I feel a lot more confident and am happier with my body and my sex life. I can't say that I have some alarming concerns although I am quite paranoid. At times I find myself thinking whether or not I am bottoming out on one side and that they were not filled up evenly. I know the D&F is a lengthy process so that is the only thing that helps me push those nasty little thoughts on to the back of my mind.

Still looking good!! I get the paranoia too and have to remind myself that this takes time (I still have one higher sitting boob that is only noticeable to me lol), but I'm only 3 weeks post-op as of today so I know there's time for them to even out. I'm excited about starting my massages because I'm sure that will help!

Hello RealSelf members! I am now 29 days post op!! Yay! I'm feeling amazing! I still have numbing sensations below the nipple. (Not so bad) my left armpit area is really tight but slightly sore still. I guess that is because it's my weaker side. I think the only pain that really bothers me is my sore ribs just below my incision line... But even with those pains here and there I still have not had to take pain meds. As you can probably see in the photos, my right side is dropped way more than the left. Also, my right side is a lot more softer and jiggly than the other. I'm really loving my boobs, I think I got the perfect size! I do believe I could go bigger if I wanted to die to my height. Every now and then I use my stabilizer strap and that only when my breast are super tight or sitting high. I sometimes use it when I'm doing a bunch of work around the house, idk I feel like it helps me in some way. I've been using Mederma scar cream, I don't know if that is working or not but hey what can I lose! I can't remember when I was told I could submerge my body in water so I have yet to do that! Other than everything I feel great! I am so very much more confident!

They look amazing!! And as for submerging, my paperwork from Dr. Headed says 3 weeks. I figured I'd wait 4 to be on the safe side so you should be good. Can't wait until I hit that month mark!!

They look great!!! Sometimes I wish I had gone just a little bigger too, I could have fit up to 550cc and got 500cc. In my paperwork from my doctor it says I could take a tub bath at 2 weeks, but I waited 3 1/2 weeks. I think we are around the same surgery day, mine was May 7, so I think you will be good taking a bath. I also use scar cream called Kelo-cote. It's a silicone gel that I saw another member on here recommend after her doctor told her to get it. It works very well in my opinion, I'm even using it on old scars and it's working on those too. I bought it on Amazon. Also, you mentioned feeling more confident. Me too!! I love it!! I also feel sexier than I ever have!
