Breast Augmentation and Tuberous Correction

I found out during my consultation I have a tuberous breast, it was minimal the doctor said but I always noticed my breast weren't full on the sides and drooped a little. I'm 24 and 5'3 and 140lbs with all my weight in my butt and hips. I have two children(10 month old and 2 year old) both breastfed babies. I went in for saline implants and 550cc, I ended up switching to silicon memory gel because the doctor said my tissue would be thin after correcting the tuberous and I'm very petite up top, I am 32inches around. I could not be more satisfied with my results! He decided in surgery to put in 600cc instead of what was planned which is completely fine because we discussed him changing the size either a little smaller or bigger if he though a different size would fit better. It's been about 18 hours and my breast swelled up more and more painful than the first half of the day. I would highly recommend Dr. Hedden in Birmingham, Al, we traveled 8 hours to come to him.
