I have being reading this site daily. All of the ladies that post really truely have no ideal how much help they are to others. Well here is my story. I am 24, a mother to 3 children (8,5, and 1). I am happily married to my bestfriend for 4 years now. I am 5'3. My weight varies but weighing myself today, I am 148. My butt is big, so that helps with the weight, so everyone says.I currently wear a 36 b/34 c. I am wanting to be a full c. My doctor is Dr. Schaffer @ Hedden Plastic Surgery in Birmingham, AL.
I had been emailing Dr. Schaffer back and forth through email due to me being out of state. He told me I needed a lift. Something, I never actually thought about. I asked him if it was optional or did I truly need one (scared of the scars and I never researched about lifts). He told me, because I am stage 1, that I had the option to later come back for a lift if so desired. Well me being me, that answer wasn't good enough. Soooo, I decided that hey if I am going to invest my money in this, I want to be happy. I called the office up and scheduled a consultation to come in person.
Day of Consultation:
I was soo excited. I never had a consultation in person, only thru sending my pictures or something of that nature....I had no size in mind as far as cc's. The only thing I was sure of was I wanted BOOBS!!! I knew I wanted saline vs silicone. Saline was just my personal preference. My hubby is a Trucker for a living so he was on the road...but that is okay, because I had my other lil man with me (my son that is lol). And my goodness he was all over the place. The building is really nice outside and in. I was actually stunned. I had already did my new patient paperwork thru the website so I didn't have to do this once I arrived. I waited maybe 20-25 minutes til my name was finally called to the back. The nurse asked me the usual health questions and asked me did I have an implant size in mind already. I told her no. She told me I could time some time to try on different sizers. I played back in forth with the 400 cc's up to 550 cc's. Ugh! I forgot to mention my son is 1 looks like he is 3. He was all over the room. I was so relieved when the nurse brought him some crayons and coloring sheet in the room. That kept his attention for ummm....5 mins.I should have taken my son to daycare, because I really had a hard time actually getting my ideal look while trying them on. Anyway, I pressed the lil button on the way to let them know I was done with the sizers and the doctor came in. He was really nice. I didn't have any questions for him, because we did so much communication thru email...I asked him what would look nice on me and we agreed 450 cc's. Well, I seem some women who recently went and had work done by Dr. Hedden and that quickly changed..I asked him was 500 cc's too much and he said no. I had already paid my deposit, but earliest date available is June 7th. I plan to go ahead and send the balance in full on this Friday, with a bank certified cashiers check. I will be posting before pictures as well. I already have my lil post op supplies thanks to the ladies on here advice. I also got things I know personally make me comfortable. I had tubal ligation done back on valentines day.

Hi My Beautiful RS gals....
Meme3November 26, 2013
Sorry I havent wrote in so many months. Had alot going on in my life. The constant changes in work schedule...hugely affecting choice of daycare and afterschool locations. Started feeling really overwhelmed with everything. Unfortunately, I havent had my surgery...I have also stopped working. My husband thought it would best for me to be a stay at home mom. And I love it. Its a beautiful thing. My hubby is the best. So, here I am back on the board writing. Glad to say I have rebooked my surgery still with Dr. Schaffer for March 28th. Im considering moving up my surgery. I just wanted to have enough time tp get my stomach completely flat. I have pics of my boobs under my profile but will try to repost. I feel I owe to you guys to post and write. I read daily on here others experience and that would be selfish of me not to.

I agree with Violet...request for your PS to have additional implant sizes in OR on the day of surgery. I think many PS's do this, but perhaps mention this just in case. Now the bigger question is, who will be helping you with the littlest kiddo the first few days of your recovery? :) Thank you for sharing on RealSelf!
Oh, phew! Good to hear you'll have plenty of help during your recovery.
You are probably losing weight but gaining muscle while working out. Muscle weighs more than fat so go by the fit of your pants, not the scale. ;) Way to go!
