Hi I'm from Atlanta and I've been wanting breast implants since high school.. After I had my second child I've decided on having breast augmentation. I chose Dr. Hedden in Birmingham AL, and I can say he's a wonderful surgeon... I received my surgery on April 2, 2013 and it was very quick and painless...

I went with 450cc with tuba incision,. Today April 13, 2013 post op day 9 I'm doing fine just my left breast is still a little high and firm and my right has dropped some and soften a little.. Also Dr. Hedden assistant is the best!!!! She's very helpful and really care about your needs...

Today is post op day 12 and my left breast is still kinda high:( and the morning boobs thing is the worst!!!! Any advise on swelling and the morning pain?? I'm wearing a champion sports bra and its very uncomfortable:(( oh.. I got measured at VS and I'm at 36d!!!!!!! Omg!!! Will they change?? Remember I had 450cc tuba

Thank you for sharing your story on RealSelf! You look fantastic! How were the first few days of recovery with the kids? Are they old enough to not need your constant help? Did you buy any bras when you were at VS? I found it hard to really fit into a pretty bra until at least a month post op. Keep us updated!

@beth The first few days was easy., my kids are 5&6 so it was okay.. And no I didn't buy any bras @VS :( because the twins haven't dropped yet:((((
