WORTH IT$2,500
I am now 6 weeks post op. The left breast is dropping slower than the right and still has a bit to go, but I am still very happy with the results. I am fully back into working out super heavy and things feel great!

I have always had some drooping and lack of fullness in my breasts. They became even more 'deflated' after breast feeding. I was prepared to do a breast lift and augmentation and had consulted with a couple of surgeons who recommended that I go with both procedures. I originally didn't want the augmentation because I already felt like my breasts were big enough. But after considering it for about a year, I decided on a date. I found a facility who quoted me $10,800. Then I started considering travelling to the US for the procedure where generally these surgeries can be more affordable. Dr. Schaffer suggested a biplanar breast augmentation may provide me with enough lift and I could avoid the mastopexy (breast lift). Aside from putting my faith in Dr. Schaffer and my gut, this scientific journal article (with before and after photo's) helped me make my decision to only do the augmentation: https://asps.confex.com/asps/2002/techprogramcd/paper_1038.htm

your results are so good for being a few days out!!! did you do over or under the muscle?

Under. One was only partial under (biplanar/dual-plane). And the other with less ptosis was fully under the muscle. Thanks :)
