Hello ! I'm Trish. Been married to the best husband ever for 30 years, and have two grown sons. I've never been happy with my breast bc they have sagged since they arrived. I Never BF, but lost about 80 pounds after the 2nd child and the sagging worsened. It wasn't till early this year I actually thought about BA bc I said I would NEVER go under the knife unless it would save my life. Well, funny things happen when you begin ageing...anyway, I bit the bullet went to the consult and scheduled for July 24th. After searching and reading for 5 months I am literally just as baffled as I was and not much closer to a verdict. My pre-op is Thursday 7/10 and I will discuss options and size in further detail. As of now, I'm thinking 400-450c'sc Silicone ( unsure of profile) with a vertical lift. My Current size is deflated B/C and wanting to be a full D. I am 5'4" and weigh 130 lbs. Any thoughts?

I think 400-450ccs would probably give you a nice full size. Good luck with your pre-op. Be sure to post about how it goes!

Ask your ps what he thinks will give u the best result. It will be an amazing transformation. Good luck at your appt. got any pre op picture? I was so devastated with my pre op I deleated all of them.

I showed my PS my wish pictures, as well as pictures of profiles and sizes that I didn't think suited me. I am 5'6 and 125 lbs and had lost volume after breastfeeding so was a B/C with no top volume at all. When I tried on the sizers I was leaning more towards the 339 cc moderate plus (it was an odd number like that), my PS was thinking more along the lines of the 371 cc moderate plus, but said he would make the final decision in the operating room once he could see them in. As it turns out, my chest wall was more sunken in on one side, so he had to use different sized implant to make it balanced. He ended up going with 350 high profile in one and 400 high profile in the other. He used Natrelle siilicone implants. I'll go to my page in a minute and update with a before and after pic. I love the results and had complete trust in my docter and he did exactly what I was hoping for.

Thank you. I guess in the end while your napping, somebody has to call the shots.. Glad you turned out well. I have pics on the phone, none printed, but I think has done one or two and probably has a good idea of what he is doing. lol I will update tomorrow after I see what he has to say after measuring.

Hey Trish...I read your post and I'm thinking by now, you had your consult and I'm excited for you....I'm 51, I weigh 125 and I'm 5'4... I was a deflated c cup the first set of implants I had 20 years were 200cc and that put me at a full D cup, 10 years later I sized up to 550 cc and I was huge, lol a DD and sometimes F cup..last month I had a lift and the third set of implants are 225cc on my L and 250 cc on the right...I just found out the exact size two weeks ago ..now I am a 34 d cup..I just gave you those stats because our body and before breast sizes sound similar ...all sets of mine were over the muscle, because I had an adequate amount of breast tissue before, it was just deflated, you will look awesome and you'll love them. Please keep posting on yr progress, your almost there! Hugs

Thank you !!! helps me tons. When I said 400, he said that only a cup and a half. I thought to myself... thats plenty if Im a deflated C, right? but maybe its tooooo much.

Trish..my newbies are mod plus profiles...I have a pretty narrow chest wall and anything with a less profile would have put them in my arm pits lol. Is he going to do under the muscle, dual planes or completely over for you?

He had said dual plane, but paper work said sub muscular so I guess Ill find out on the 24th. I am hoping for mod plus as well. Not sure what brand.. Again I so appreciate your in put, I just kept hearing larger cc's and it was making me second guess my gut. I took 400 rice sizers w me to shop today and felt at peace...TY

400 cc will be perfect for you at 5'6 height! They will feel huge at first, swelling will go down, and will be perfect! Can't wait to hear how it goes!

Went to pre op, Dr was in surgery so I will wait to the 24th and let him measure, then decide. He said 400 was about a cup and a half so if Im a b/B/C that'll put me D/DD ? sound right?

How exciting it's getting close. Your ps should be able to tell you what cc you need for your desired cup size. Just be sure you let your ps know exactly what u want, and don't want. Communication is the key. I remember how excited I was waiting for my surgery!! I thought I was obsessed, it's all I could think of . I freaked out the day before our flight. Good times ahead!

Hi thanks for sharing your story , I have 400 CC and it put me from size A cup to C cup. Give or take some for each individual cuz depends on chest measurement and tissue I guess. How exciting !! Once the Doctor measure a you he can tell you exactly how much you need to get a D or DD cup . I look forward to hearing your updates !!

Well.... thanks gals! Surgery in the AM and I am sooooo full of knots. I haven't been nervous until today when I got the pre op call stating my ETA . Should be underway by 9am. That is about all I can tell now as I still haven't spoken with the PS about final size. I will have to get back as soon as I can once Im up and running.Not really sure how Ill do bc I have never been put to sleep. Just hoping that I can tolerate the pain medicine bc I cant take much that wont make me sick. Throw some prayers and wishes my way cause Im gonna need them!!! Peacin out for now.

You can ask for promethazine to help with any nauseousness from your pills . They came with my other prescriptions. :)

yeah, getting something for nausea,just hope it helps. I am not a good patient. I hate not doing for myself, and especially hate being still. Guess Ill get over it huh? Thanks for your encouragement.

So I'm about to head out, not really nervous just a tad anxious. Slept from 12:30-4:30. Guess that's better than no sleep, right? Gotta get 'er done. Just ready to be done with the first hurdle, then have new stuff to fret over. Hope it goes well, and I don't throw up !!! TA TA for now !!!

Oh, thanks. I am doing really good today minimal pain, just soooo sore. cant do much but walk every couple of hours. eating and resting good. Enjoying the quiet down time...but Im sure boredom will set i'm soon. guess its a movie night.

That first week was brutal and like never ending I thought lol! I had a huge change in my physical and mental state around week 2 and feel great now! I was mostly beyond irritated I had to sit around and watch the house get messy haha!! Enjoy your downtime ;-)
