You look fabulous! You have been through a lot! Your breasts look very pretty...and so do you! ;) How long until you can go back to the gym...and 'til you can work out your upper body? Feel free to comment on a forum for members with implants who are body builders. Congratulations and update us as you continue to heal!
Thank you! Dr said 2 weeks I can start stationary bike, 4 weeks light cardio and lower body. No upper body for a full 6 weeks.
That sounds like a safe and reasonable plan. Hoping you can find projects to distract you from wanting to go to the gym too soon. It seems like your patience with healing during your explant was worth it. ;)

I had recently ex planted due to my last ps...
I had recently ex planted due to my last ps placing implants over the muscle. I got capsular contracture in my left breast and lots of ugly rippling. After letting my breast heal for a few months I decided to go back in. I'm 6 days post op and love my new look. I have to admit the inexpensive price seemed too good to be true, but do not let that fool you! He does great work.
