I had this started once but not sure where it went. I am turning 31 on feb 6th. I am 5'7", 128lbs, 2 breastfed children. Planning on silicone, probably partial unders and leaning towards 450-485.
This is a dream I had for such a long time. I have always been self conscious about my breasts and I have always wore a padded bra and at times I would stuff my padded bra. But now I'm finally making the change for myself and I can't wait.
I finally came across this site and have been following for some time. I have changed my thoughts as to what I wanted from what I have learned so far.
Ive been reading so many people stories, happiness and advice on here and thought I'd get mine started so if anyone has any advice or tips it would be appreciated.
I know people say about bra sizes not being an accurate way of saying things but im not really sure what I am because I have never been fitted for a bra and have always wore padded bras and bathing suits. I'm currently in a 34c but my cup is not 'full' so maybe an empty C. ????
First I decided what I wanted. Then I weighed pros and cons to all my decisions. Ruled out inframammary because I feel like it's just another BA and it's a simple way out for a quick surgery. I thought maybe transaxillary or periareolar. I followed an amazing post surgical story from having a transaxillary BA and it looked extremely painful for a long time. I have made my decision to periareolar because it as easily hidden and beautiful results and I don't mind losing a little sensation in my overly sensitive nipples.
Then came size. I initially thought 450-500cc would be good for my body and build. After many shared stories from days to months, I think maybe 450-485 is my route.
I did the rice test and I think everyone planning on getting a BA should do it. Put in your desired size then go about your day. You really understand what you are getting into and what you can and can't do plus see if you can tolerate more weight on your chest. My rice test consisted of 450 and I was in love with them.
I look forward to sharing my story to help others make their decision. Below are some wish pics I have fell in love with on this site then are my sad little girls. I am ready to make them happy :)

So I went for my H&P today. Had a CBC done, asked questions were answered. Tried in all the inserts. That was fun! Consult next week

Had consult with the hubs! Tried on the inserts (the right way lol) we were gonna go with 480-500. After speaking with the PS, I have great elasticity, one side of my rib cage sticks out a little further than the other side. Said my body could easily do up to 580cc. We decided on 550cc periareolar sub muscular silicone
D-Day is tomorrow! Started getting a little nervous which is expected.
I will try to do better with uploading my pics and keeping you updated!
Wish me luck ????

Yay! Good luck today!
Can't wait to hear how everything went when you're feeling up to it :)
Great idea to keep the rice sizers in throughout the day! I never thought past the initial "trying them on" to seeing what you are comfortable with for daily activities.
