So, at first I thought I for SURE wanted the anatomical shaped saline implants with areola incision. However, after my consultation and more research/reviews, Ive decided to go with round silicone implants with the incision in the fold under the breast. My surgeon will probably decide on the moderate/plus profile ones as I do NOT want high profile. Im going for a natural look. Also, I at first liked the smaller fill 300cc but after physically handling the implants decided Id go up to 325cc with *allowance up to 350cc. My *surgeon will decide which looks better once in surgery based on pictures Ive showed him.

Dr. Heddens office hasnt called me yet to provide my exact time sooo Im just waiting..
I have to admit. Ive read ALOT of reviews on here and other venues. Specifically about the clinic/doctor I chose. I think I may have read one bad review out of over 100. But I may be the second. I think the procedure itself will go fine, but I have to say Im disappointed that my experience hasn't seemed to me to be as... 'jubilant' as others on here. My first consultation I was left in the room for like an hour before I had to go to the desk and ask a nurse if I was going to be seen soon. My second visit was short at least but the nurse taking blood hit a nerve in my arm so it was sore for two days. (Mind you in 28 years noone has EVER hit that nerve in my arm from a simple blood withdrawal..)
Soooo.. IDK, just wasn't as 'over the top' friendly awesome service that I see others posting about :/
Oh well. Maybe its me lol

I ended up with 350cc mod/plus smooth silicone. Depends on your build, size, weight etc tho. I didnt want 'cleavage', so I didnt go too big and did not go 'high profile'. Overall, my surgeon listened to me and I think the incision has alot to do with the placement as well. When you do a underfold incision, he has more control over positioning etc, so I think that was the best choice for me.

Had my surgery around 8 this morning! Im already up and walking around. I ended up going 350cc mod/plus profile silicone implants :) They look proportionate and awesome and I know the swelling on top will decrease so theyll fit perfect in bras now. I was going for a natural look proportionate to my body and thats exactly how they turned out. Dr Hedden really listened to me!

I'm having a lot of discomfort, it's hard to breathe and move, but im hanging in there. I was supposed to have a post op appointment tomorrow but they just called to check on me and said I don't have to come in until next week, still don't knew what size he went with. Glad to hear you're doing well, the girls look great :)

Yes I was hyperventilating having panic attacks right out of surgery in the recovery room. The nurses were basically like 'suck it up and deal with it' attitudes. Really rude IMO. I asked them for pain meds and they treated me like I was a drug addict or something! Im like uhhh I just had surgery.. really REALLY rude. However, after I got out of there and got a hold of my perscription meds I loaded up on them and felt fine the rest of the day- today I even went out to breakfast- took a shower by myself etc. My post op was good- he said everything looked good and they do. Im laying back in bed with ice now lol Just going to lounge over the next two days. What size did you go? Did you find out? I went 350cc after MUCH debate. And Im glad bc I think once the awelling goes down theyll be perfect for my size and the 325cc I would have probably been a little dissapointed with. :)

I'm not sure, we decided it would be between 325-375 but I don't know which he chose. I think I'll be happy with them when all is said and done though. Just need to get through these first few days.

I am still in a good amount of pain :( they only gave me hydrocodone, which doesn't do much but make me groggy. I didn't get any muscle relaxers, but I wish I did. Hopefully I will feel better soon.

Dang! Yeah they should have given you valium! Do you have a primary care?? Id go there, or even a 'doc in the box', to get some.

Ok, so my surgery is this thurs. I can't take pain meds like perc, but I was given a muscle relaxer and another type of pain med. Do u think valium mixed in would do the trick? I'm freaking the f out!!

Yes! Valium and hydrocodone is what I have. Coupled with ICE PACKS are the bomb! Very little 'pain'... more like 'pressure' now than pain when taking deep breaths. It was only painful right out of surgery/recovery. I hope your nursing staff is nicer than mine was lol. Im telling you, you would have thought I was asking them for heroin or something the way they treated me when I told them I needed more pain meds!
