I'm 5'2", 130 lbs and and so excited that I'll be having my breast augmentation this Friday, September 4th!! I'm debating Between 375 & 400... Will 25cc's really make a difference?? I am currently a full A wanting to be a full C small D. Dr. Hedden has chosen to do the biplaner approach in me to give a lifted appearance without actually doing a lift. I have chosen to go with silicon as I want them to feel and look as natural as possible. I'm nervous and beyond excited! Any tips and/or advice is welcome! Wish me luck !!

So I decided on 400cc. Went in at 7:30 to the office they took Me to surgery around 8:30 and I literally remembered laying down joking with the nurse for a minute.... And then I woke up with a nurse dressing me. The first thing I did was check out the girls. They looked great! Day 1 I went home took all my meds and slept the majority of the day.
Day 2 went for my post op check up and felt great. After the check up we went and looked at a motorcycle(the boyfriend wants to buy a new one) , grabbed lunch and went home fir a nap .Woke up around 2 and watched footballthe rest of the evening.
Day 2 post -4 of post op I functioned on about 50% of meds but really felt fine. I got out of the house each day and would NEED a nap by 1 ...
Day 5 post op my 5 year old was home so we got up, dressed on the bus, and ran some errands. I started an Advocare 24 Day Challenge this morning as well which starts with a cleanse phase ... So I finally pooped that evening. ... Yay!! (For those who don't know the 24 Day Challenge is a jumpstart weight loss program...my brother in law has lost 40 lbs and sister in law 35... I'm a distributor so I do a cleanse every 90 days so luckily I had products on hand ) ..... ANYWAY... After errands I needed a nap again by 1 . I only took about 30% of meds this day
Day 6 post op I again dressed my son , put him on the bus and went back to sleep untill 10. A friend stopped by to visit and I did my nails. My son wanted to be a "car rider" (which doesn't happen often) so I picked him up at 3.... But had no nap!! Needless to say by 8 pm we were both I n bed asleep :-) (took one pain pill and relaxer At bed time)
Day 7 post op was back in the full swing od work and school. I woke up at 5:30, dressed myself, my son, worked 8 hours, went to the grocery store . Dinner, homework, and was pooped... Around noon Ar work I was needing my nap ... But I made it fine. Again meds at bed time .
So all in all pain was minimal. For mom's who have breast Fed it feels like your breast are engorged with milk ... If you have never breast Fed it Slightly like your boob wants to pop lol ...
From a likability stand point... I LOVE LOVE LOVE. Them!!! I would do it again tomorrow ..
I'll update pics as they drop or if anything substantial happens. feel free to ask questions. I have a two week follow up and will post again then.

It's hard to believe it's already been a month. They have been dropping and no longer cause me any pain besides seldom nipple sensitivity. Loving them. Some days I feel they are perfect, others I think I could have gone bigger, in the end love that I went through with it!!
