Like most of you, I have been researching breast augmentations for a couple of years now. I finally decided to join RS about 3 weeks ago. I have just now found the courage to post.
I am 26 years old. I have 3 children. 5'4"- 170 pounds. With a recent 30 pound weight gain. I have desired larger breasts for a couple of years now. Just so tired of not feeling like a woman. With my weight gain, I gained everywhere but my breasts. So I, now more than ever, want larger breasts so I will look more evenly proportioned.
I have chosen Dr. Hedden to complete my breast augmentation. I submitted for a virtual consultation and received an email back within 24 hours stating that implants alone should achieve my desired results.
I took a few photos earlier for my pre-op look. Never noticed how off my nipples were. Always thought they were symmetrical. Obviously not. Not that I can see anyway.. :/
Anyway, I completed by labs this morning for surgery. Surgery is less than 2 weeks away now.. I can hardly contain my excitement!! I am sure everyone around is so tired of hearing about boobs 24/7 lol- Now if only I could choose a size. I know I definitely want saline, submuscular. I'm leaning more towards TUBA incision. I am a 36B(barely) now & would like to be a DD post BA. Just not sure of the cc's. 11 days to go. The countdown is on!! :) :) :)

I am having my surgery with Dr. Hedden March 8th. Looking forward to seeing your results. Also, where did you have your lab work done?

My sad, sad, sad before photos.
I never noticed how uneven my breasts were until I began taking my pre-op photos. I am slightly worried that I may actually need a lift even though I was told I should not by looking at the photos. Also concerned about one nipple being lower than the other.
So glad you joined RealSelf and found the courage to post! Here is a forum you might like for February 2016 breast augmentation surgery. Will you have some help with your children the first few days post op? Feel free to share any pictures you're comfortable posting. Looking forward to your updates!

Call your doctor's office for a better understanding of your labs. It looks like you could use some extra iron like many women do, but do check with your doctor. ;)
