My surgical tape finally came off. The right side just fell off this morning. While the left fell off exactly 1 month post BA on 3/17/16. Now I have another concern.. I am worried that my left breast is still riding too high. The lower pole still feels so "empty". But when I lift my arms they look normal/symmetrical. I hope this is still in the normal range for 4 1/2 weeks post op.

Thank you! Kinda worried now. My left breast is not dropping as well as the right has. Good luck to you on your journey!

The 17th will be 1 month since my surgery. Each day I get a little more used to having boobies. I don't feel like they are as big as my husband and friends say they are. Not sure if that is "boob greed" or if I have just gotten used to them. I do still have "morning boob". When does that seem to go away? I wake up so stiff and somewhat sore. Another question I have is when does the surgical tape come off of the incisions? I remember being told that it would come off on its own, not to take it off myself. But I also thought that happened by week 3. Oh yeah and another one.. When do I start my massages? I've read others reviews to start at 1-2 weeks post op. But I cannot find nor remember when my PS instructed me to start massages. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks ladies!

My strips were taken off my insisions on week 2, and then I started Bio Cornium for scar treatment. My PS at my 4 week post op said to start massages and showed me. He said to keep taking vitamin e to keep everything soft. First massage is take your right hand and squeeze the left breast implant from the bottom and squish up for a count of 15. Switch to the opposite breast. Second is to squish breast from the outside to make cleavage and squish up. Call your PS office. They should really be showing you. Mine have actually gotten squishier since starting these:) Oh ya and he said massage twice a day for 1 year!

Thanks so much for the tips! I talked with my PS's office today and received the same instructions from them too! :)
